The time I have to prepare an order for delivery varies.

Estimated delivery times
Australia: 5-30 business days
Canada: 3-20 business days
United States: 3-20 business days
Europe: 2-14 business days
I will do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Return & Exchange Policy
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Send items back within: 30 days of delivery
I do not accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
Customized or customized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Return and exchange details
Any unused, non-custom order is refundable or exchangeable if the return/exchange is made within 5 days of order receipt. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees. The price will be refunded via PayPal after receiving the product and inspecting it.
