The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Perishable products (like food or flowers)

• Digital downloads

• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

Any unused, non-custom orders can be refunded or exchanged if the return/exchange is initiated within 5 days of receiving the order. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges. The price will be refunded via PayPal after the product is received and inspected.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.

Canada: 3-20 business days

United States: 3-20 business days

Europe: 2-14 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
